Design sprints were created by Google, it is a framework for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with users to generate actionable feedback and insights. They're a mix of methods from design thinking, business strategy, psychology, to user research, all to drive towards a targeted outcome. We set clear goals and deliverables upfront and assign time slots for the assignments so that we not only speed up the design and development process but also drive the right behaviors from targeted users.
